What we collect and why<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

When you request a quote or use the calculator.<\/strong> We collect your name, email, phone number (if you choose to give it), event date and location, number of guests, your wishes and message. We need these to prepare an offer and get your event ready. Legal basis: steps prior to entering into a contract and performing it (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When you order cocktail kits.<\/strong> We sell cocktail kits on request only. We collect your name, email, phone number and order details to fulfil the order. Kits are handed over in person only, and we verify the buyer’s identity at handover. We only look at the ID document; we don’t copy it or record its details. Legal basis: contract (Art. 6(1)(b)).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When you leave feedback.<\/strong> We collect your name, event details, ratings and email to improve our service. Legal basis: our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)). We only use feedback publicly if you have given permission in the form (Art. 6(1)(a)).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Accounting.<\/strong> We keep invoices and related data because the law requires it (Art. 6(1)(c)).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
