This policy explains, simply and honestly, what data we collect about you, why, how long we keep it and what you can do about it.

Who we are

Hulkur Rändbaar is operated by GooDrink OÜ (registry code 12777857, Riia mnt 39-5, 80019 Pärnu, Estonia). We are the controller of your personal data.

What we collect and why

When you request a quote or use the calculator. We collect your name, email, phone number (if you choose to give it), event date and location, number of guests, your wishes and message. We need these to prepare an offer and get your event ready. Legal basis: steps prior to entering into a contract and performing it (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).

When you order cocktail kits. We sell cocktail kits on request only. We collect your name, email, phone number and order details to fulfil the order. Kits are handed over in person only, and we verify the buyer’s identity at handover. We only look at the ID document; we don’t copy it or record its details. Legal basis: contract (Art. 6(1)(b)).

When you leave feedback. We collect your name, event details, ratings and email to improve our service. Legal basis: our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)). We only use feedback publicly if you have given permission in the form (Art. 6(1)(a)).

Accounting. We keep invoices and related data because the law requires it (Art. 6(1)(c)).

Visiting our website. We use statistics and marketing cookies only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)). See “Cookies” below.

We never sell your data and we don’t make automated decisions about you that have legal effects.

How long we keep data

Enquiries that didn’t lead to a booking: up to 24 months
Customer and contract data: for the duration of the contract and then 3 years, as claims arising from a contract may be made during that time
Invoices and accounting records: 7 years, as required by Estonian accounting law
Feedback: if you allowed us to use it publicly, until you withdraw that permission; otherwise up to 3 years
Cookies: as described in the cookie policy

Who we share data with

We use trusted service providers who process data on our instructions. Currently these are:

web hosting and email: Zone Media OÜ (Zone.ee)
storing form submissions: Google (Google Sheets)
website statistics and advertising: Google (Google Analytics, Google Ads), only with your consent
marketing: Meta (Facebook Pixel), only with your consent

Google and Meta may process data outside the EU, including in the USA. Where they do, they rely on safeguards required by EU law, such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

Our website uses cookies. Necessary cookies keep the site working. Statistics and marketing cookies are only added if you allow them in the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time via the “Cookie settings” link in the page footer. The full list is in our cookie policy.

Your rights

You have the right to:

know what data we hold about you and get a copy;
have incorrect data corrected;
have your data deleted when we no longer have a reason to keep it;
restrict or object to processing;
receive your data in a machine-readable format;
withdraw your consent at any time.
